 Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan peta strategi dan analisis indicator yang tepat pada pengukuran kinerja di PT. XYZ menggunakan Balanced Scorecard. Metode Balanced Scorecard telah mengalami peningkatan popularitas sebagai sistem pengukuran kinerja untuk menerjemahkan misi organisasi menjadi gol, menyelaraskan individu dan tujuan organisasi, tindakan dan langkah-langkah kinerja, dan mengukur proses yang terkait dengan pencapaian tujuan.
Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan bahwa pandangan organisasi dari empat perspektif adalah perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, perspektif proses bisnis, perspektif pelanggan, dan perspektif keuangan. The peta strategi memberikan kerangka visual untuk mengintegrasikan tujuan organisasi dalam empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard. Pada akhirnya, PT. XYZ akan meningkatkan manajemen strategis melalui penciptaan Strategi Peta dengan menggunakan empat perspektif Balance Scorecard.

The purpose of this study is intended to know how to develop strategy map and analysis the right indicator the performance measurement of Company XYZ under Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard method has experienced an increase in popularity as a performance measurement system for translating an organization?s mission into goals, aligning individual and organizational goals, actions and performance measures, and measuring processes related to goal achievement.
The Balanced Scorecard suggests that the views of organization from four perspectives are the learning and growth perspective, the business process perspective, the customer perspective, and the financial perspective. The strategy map provides the visual framework for integrating the organization?s objectives in four perspective of a Balanced Scorecard. In the end, Company XYZ would improved the strategic management through creating the Strategy Map by using four perspectives Balanced Scorecard.
