ABSTRAK
Skipsi ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh antara pertumbuhan kredit, profitabilitas dan stabilitas bank pada Bank umum di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 2011-2015. Terdapat faktor kontrol yang diikutsertakan dalam penelitian, yaitu faktor spesifik bank, faktor industri dan faktor makroekonomi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pertumbuhan kredit dan stabilitas bank tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank. Namun bank dengan profit yang tinggi dan pertumbuhan kredit yang rendah cenderung lebih stabil. Terkait pertumbuhan kredit, bank yang memiliki stabilitas yang tinggi memiliki kemampuan yang lebih untuk penyaluran kredit.

ABSTRACT
This paper investigates the relationship between credit growth, profitability, and bank stability of listed public banks in Indonesia over the period 2011 to 2015. Following the literature there are factor controls included in this paper, bank specific, industry and macroeconomic indicators. The results show credit growth and bank stability did not seem to affect bank profitability. However bank with higher level of profit and lower level of credit growth becomes more stable. The results also show there is significant impact of banking stability to credit growth.
