Tesis ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual pelaku konversi agama yang berusia dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang muallaf yang berusia dewasa dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa muallaf mampu merasakan, memahami dengan efektif, menerapkan kepekaan emosi sebagai sumber energi positif, sehingga seseorang mampu memahami perasaan diri sendiri dan mampu memahami perasaan orang lain, selain itu muallaf mampu menggerakkan prinsip hidup atau esensi yang menembus kehidupan dan mengekspresikan prinsip hidup tersebut dalam hubungan dengan diri sendiri, orang lain, alam dan Tuhan. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual muallaf lebih baik dari pada sebelum mereka menjadi muallaf.

This thesis to purpose the description of the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence perpetrators of religious conversion aged adults. This research uses qualitative research methods with types of case studies. Data collection using in depth interviews and observations. The subject of the study amounted to five reverts that are mature and domiciled in Jakarta. Results of the study illustrate that reverts are able to feel, understand, apply the effective sensitivity of the emotions as a source of positive energy, so that one is able to understand the feelings of my self and being able to understand the feelings of others, besides able to move reverts live principle or essence that permeates life and express these principles in relationship with your self, others, nature and God. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence converts better than before they become converts.
