ABSTRAK
Profesi Notaris di Indonesia dilandasi dalam Pasal 1868 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata. Dari pekerjaannya tersebut notaris tidak mendapatkan gaji dari pemerintah melainkan uang jasa dari penggunanya atau masyarakat yang disebut dengan Honorarium. Pemerintah mengeluarkan Paket Kebijakan Jilid XII yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemudahan berusaha di Indonesia yang diikuti dengan serangkaian peraturan pendukungnya. Diantara kemudahan yang diberikan pemerintah adalah kemudahan dalam proses pendirian PT, namun apakah kemudahan tersebut ada yang bertentangan dengan undang-undang khususnya pasal 36 undang-undang jabatan notaris tentang honorarium notaris. Oleh karena itu, rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Kebjakan Ekonomi Jilid XII yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah, apakah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Bagaimana implementasi dari kebijakan Ekonomi Jilid XII ini terkait dengan honorarium notaris dalam pembuatan akta Perseroan Terbatas. Metode yang dgunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Yuridis Normatif dengan menggunakan tipologi penelitian yang bersifat Deskripif Analitis. Dari semua peraturan pendukung paket kebijakan pemerintah jilid XII tersebut, tidak terdapat peraturan yang mengatur mengenai biaya akta atau honorarium yang diterima oleh Notaris. Pemerintah selaku pihak yang mengeluarkan Kebijakan dalam bidang apapun itu diharapkan untuk lebih cermat dalam menyampaikan kebijakan. Begitu juga dengan organisasi internal Notaris INI agar turut serta mengawasi dan memberi klarifikasi atas pemberitaan yang kurang benar agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman dengan Profesi Notaris.

ABSTRACT
Notary profession in Indonesia is based on Article 1868 Book of the Law of Civil Law. The work of notaries do not get a salary from the government, but fees from users or the public called honoraria. The Government issued a Policy Package Volume XII which aims to improve the ease of doing business in Indonesia, followed by a series of supporting regulations. Among the convenience provided by the government is the ease of the process of the establishment of the PT, but if convenience is there that contrary to the law, especially article 36 law notary office of the notary honorarium. Dgunakan The method in this research is normative juridical using a typology of research that is descriptive analytical. Of all the regulatory package supporting government policies volume XII, there are no regulations governing the deed fees or honorarium received by Notary. Government as the party who issued the policy in any field that is expected to be more careful in delivering the policy. As well as the internal organization of the Notary INI in order to participate supervise and provide clarification on reporting any less true to avoid misunderstandings with the Notarial Profession.
