Nama : Nur AnisahProgram Studi : Magister Fakultas Ilmu KeperawatanJudul : Pengaruh Terapi Kognitif dan Psikoedukasi Keluarga Terhadap Citra Tubuh dan Harga Diri Klien Ulkus DiabetikDampak biologis yang dirasakan oleh klien ulkus diabetik antara lain penurunan stamina, daya tahan tubuh, serta kekuatan fisik akibat perubahan fungsi, stuktur dan bentuk tubuh sehingga klien mengalami keterbatasan gerak sehingga terjadi gangguan citra tubuh. Dampak psikologis pada klien ulkus diabetik terlihat dari sikap klien merasa putus asa, merasa tidak ada harapan dan cita-cita yang dapat dicapai, merasa sudah cacat, klien tidak dapat menerima keadaan bahwa harus menjalani perawatan luka dan gerak menjadi terbatas dan tidak dapat lagi melaksanakan aktivitas apapun sehigga terjadi harga diri rendah Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kognitif dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap citra tubuh dan harga diri klien ulkus diabetik. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Quasy Experimental Pre-Post with Control Group. Responden sejumlah 62 dan dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Analisi data yang digunakan adalah dependent t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan keperawatan pada tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif dan psikoedukasi keluarga lebih tinggi signifikan dalam meningkatkan citra tubuh, harga diri, kemampuan berpikir positif dan kemampuan keluarga sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kondisi ulkus menjadi lebih baik daripada yang mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners. terapi kognitif dan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah klien ulkus diabetik direkomendasikan untuk mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif dan psikoedukasi keluarga.Kata kunci : Ulkus Diabetik, Citra Tubuh, Harga Diri, Tindakan Keperawatan Ners, Terapi Kognitif dan Psikoedukasi keluarga
