Rancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Laboratorium: studi kasus Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) = Design of Laboratory Management Information System: case study National Narcotics Board Republic of Indonesia

 Abstract

Karya akhir ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh rancangan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium di Badan Narkotika Nasional menggunakan metodologi rational unified process RUP . Rancangan kebutuhan yang sesuai kebutuhan, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat mempercepat proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium. Percepatan penyelesaian proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium dapat membantu Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dalam memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan janji pelayanan.
Perancangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti workflow pada disiplin business modeling dan requirement pada metodologi RUP.
Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh pemodelan bisnis dan daftar kebutuhan, yang terdiri dari 3 business use case, 78 stakeholder request, 26 need, 33 feat, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, dan 17 supplementary spesification, yang akan diimplementasi pada sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium. Pada perancangan kebutuhan pada skala organisasi Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dibutuhkan re-enginering/rekonfigurasi proses pada metodologi RUP agar lebih efisien.

This study was conducted to obtain the requirements design of the laboratory information management system at the National Narcotics Boards Republic of Indonesia using the methodology of rational unified process RUP . The design of appropriate requirements of the system is expected to generate information that can accelerate laboratory testing services business processes. Accelerate completion of laboratory testing service business processes can help Drugs Testing Laboratory in providing services in accordance with the promise of service.
The design is done by following a disciplined workflow in business modeling and requirements on RUP methodology.
The results of this study were obtained business modeling and list of needs, which consists of 3 business use cases, 78 stakeholder requests, 26 NEED, 33 FEAT, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, and 17 supplementary spesifications, which will be implemented in laboratory management information systems. In requirement designing in the organization 39 s on a scale of Drugs Testing Laboratory, National Narcotics Board Republic of Indonesia, needed re engineering reconfiguration processes on RUP methodology to be more efficient.
