ABSTRAKNama : Ines MalindaNPM : 1506815144Program Studi : Profesi ApotekerJudul : Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.202 Depok Periode Bulan Agustus 2016 Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma No.202 Depok bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami dan menerapkan peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta mengamati dan melaksanakan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta beberapa pelayanan farmasi klinis. Tugas khusus yang diberikan ialah pengkajian resep kombinasi obat tamsulosin dan amlodipin pada pasien Beningn Prostate Hyperplasia. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kesesuaian obat yang diterima pasien dan melakukan analisis permasalahan dalam pengkajian resep meliputi kajian administrasi, kesesuian farmasetis dan pertimbangan klinis. ABSTRACTName Ines MalindaStudy Program ApotecharyTitle Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No.202 Depok Period August 2016 Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok intended to make apothecary student be able to understand and apply the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the management of drugstore together with observing and practicing pharmaceutical services in drugstore including management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and disposable medical products, and clinical pharmacy sevices. The given special task is assessing prescription drug in combination of tamsulosin and amlodipine on patient suffering from Beningn Prostate Hyperplasia. The purpose of this special task is to analyze the suitability of the patient taking medication and perform analysis of the issue in the prescription assesment including the study of the administration, suitability farmasetic and clinical considerations.
