Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Apotek bertuajuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku. Apoteker berperan dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan barang medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 95 secara keseluruhan telah berjalan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No.35 tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pelayanan farmasi klinis yang telah dilakukan mencakup pengkajian resep, dispensing, Pelayanan Informasi Obat dan konseling. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan adalah Pengkajian Resep Penyakit Osteoporosis.

Pharmacy called as ldquo Apotek' is a pharmaceutical service facility where the community pharmacist doing their professional activities. Pharmacist Internship Program was established to provide pharmacy students understanding their roles, duties and responsibilities of Pharmaceutical Management in Pharmacy, and performed their professional activities accordance to law and codes of ethics. Pharmacist play role in supply management of medical products and clinical pharmacy service in accordance with Good Pharmaceutical Practice in Pharmacy. The practice of pharmacy service in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 95 as a whole has been run in accordance with Good Pharmaceutical Practice that is the Regulation of the Ministry of Health number 35 year 2014 about Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacy. Clinical pharmacy Service which has been done include assessing prescription, drug dispensing, providing drug information and counseling. A special assignment given to author was ldquo Prescription Assesment of Osteoporosis.
