Nama : Erlina YuliantiNPM : 1506814961Program Studi : Profesi ApotekerJudul : Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Periode Bulan Juli- Agustus Tahun 2016 Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad bertujuan untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan menerapkan peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku. Peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakit sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 58 tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit terkait aspek manajerial dan farmasi klinisnya. Pelayanan farmasi klinis belum semuanya dapat diterapkan. Kegiatan farmasi klinis yang belum dapat dilakukan ialah pemantauan kadar obat dalam darah. The role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospital are in accordance with the Regulation of Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 58 Year 2014 about Standardizatation of Pharmaceutical Care in Hospital related aspects of managerial and clinical pharmacy.
