ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi juga memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa PKPA memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan mengenai Evaluasi Penggunaan Obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk tahun 2015. Tugas khusus bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui gambaran penggunaan obat menggunakan sistem ATC/DDD, mengetahui kesesuaian obat yang digunakan terhadap Fornas dan mengetahui Persentase penggunaan antibiotik tahun 2015 di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk.
ABSTRACT Pharmacist Internship at Kebon Jeruk Public Health Centre aims to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of the pharmacist in accordance with the provisions of the health and ethics of the pharmaceutical services. Working practices of the profession also has the goal of keeping students PKPA had the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to perform the practice at the Public Health Centre and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical practices as well as learn the strategies and activities that can be done in the framework of the development of pharmaceutical practices in the Public Health Centre. Specific duties are given regarding the evaluation of the use of drugs in Kebon Jeruk Public Health Centre by 2015. Special task aims to be able to know the description of the use of medication use system ATC DDD compliance, knowing the drugs used against Fornas and knowing the percentage of the use of antibiotics by 2015 in Kebon Jeruk Public Health Centre.
