ABSTRAK
Tesis ini berisi tentang analisis pengaruh penggunaan internet dan mobile cellular terhadap indeks keuangan inklusif IKI . Tujuan penulisan tesis ini ialah untuk memahami pengaruh penggunaan internet dan mobile cellular terhadap IKI yang dapat meningkatkan pemerataan akses layanan keuangan pada kelompok unbanked. Model Sarma digunakan pada penelitian ini dalam menentukan IKI dan dilanjutkan dengan regresi data panel dengan variabel dependen ialah IKI dan variabel independen ialah internet users per 100 people dan mobile cellular subscription per 100 people. Hasil penelitian di 15 negara menunjukkan dari tahun 2005 hingga 2014 Jepang, Korea Selatan, dan Spanyol berada pada posisi pertama hingga ketiga berturut-turut dalam IKI. Posisi keempat IKI ditempati Malaysia dari 2005 hingga 2013 dan tergeser oleh Turki pada tahun 2014. Pada posisi kelima hingga kesepuluh mengalami perubahan di antara negara Malaysia, Maroko, Thailand, Ukraina, Moldova, dan India. Indonesia stagnan di posisi kesebelas dari tahun 2005 hingga 2014. Kemudian, Filipina, Kenya, Mozambik, dan Madagaskar berada pada posisi empat terbawah. Hasil regresi pada data panel di 14 negara menunjukkan internet users per 100 people memiliki pengaruh positif pada IKI serta mobile cellular subscription per 100 people memiliki pengaruh negatif pada IKI. Berdasarkan penelitian, dalam usaha meningkatkan kenaikan indeks keuangan inklusif memerlukan kerja sama antara penggunaan information and communication technology ICT yang didukung dengan literasi keuangan kepada populasi unbanked.Kata Kunci : Indeks Keuangan Inklusif IKI , Internet users, Model Sarma, Mobile Cellular

ABSTRACT
This thesis examines the impact analysis of internet and mobile cellular to financial inclusion index IFI . The purposes of this thesis are understanding the impact of internet user and mobile cellular against the IFI and to improve the financial access to unbanked group. This thesis is explanatory research by using quantitative methods. This thesis employes Sarma rsquo s Model to determine the financial inclusion index and using the panel data regression with dependent variable is financial inclusion index IFI and the independent variables are internet users per 100 people and mobile cellular subscription per 100 people. The study founds in 15 countries between 2005 and 2014 Japan, South Korea, and Spanish are in the first until third position in IFI. The fourth position is Malaysia but in 2014, Turkey replaced Malaysia in fourth position. In fifth until tenth positions are dynamic between Malaysia, Morocco, Thailand, Ukraine, Moldova, and India. Indonesia is stagnant in the eleventh position in ten years. Then, Philippines, Kenya, Mozambique, and Madagascar are in the four bottom positions. The regression in 14 countries explain internet users per 100 people has positive impact to IFI and mobile cellular subsrciption per 100 people has negative impact to IFI. Based on the research, improvement of IFI need collaboration between information and communication technology ICT with supported by financial literacy to unbanked population.Keywords financial inclusion index IFI , Internet users, Mobile Cellular, Sarma rsquo s Model
