 Abstract

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan infrastruktur di daerah yang dilalui oleh jaringan pipa sering kali berdampak pada jalur jaringan pipa yang lebih dulu dibangun. Penurunan pipa yang sedang beroperasi merupakan pekerjaan yang memiliki dampak keuntungan dalam hal biaya. Jaringan pipa bisa ditambah kedalaman di dalam tanah ketika dalam kondisi operasional sehingga produksi tidak berhenti denga biaya relatif murah bila dibandingkan dengan mengubah rute jaringan pipa atau relokasi akibat perkembangan infrastuktur. Dengan menggunakan API 1117 dan metode elemen hingga, desain profil yang optimum dan transisinya halus dapat diperoleh dan verifikasi kondisi pipa setelah Penurunan dilaksanakan dapat diketahui memanfaatkan elemen PSI pada perangkat lunak Abaqus.

ABSTRACT
The development of infrastructure in the regions through the pipeline route often affected the pipeline which built previously. Lowering pipe in operation is a job that has an impact in terms of cost advantage. The depth of pipeline can be expanded to the ground during the operating conditions so that production does not shutting down so relatively inexpensive when compared to reroute the pipeline or relocation due to the development of infrastructure. By using API 1117 and the finite element method, the optimum profile design and a smooth transition can be obtained and verification of pipeline conditions after lowering can be done by implementing PSI element in Abaqus software.
