ABSTRAK
Kurangnya kesiapan remaja dalam pengambilan peran sebagai ibu menyebabkan banyak ibu remaja yang memutuskan untuk tidak menyusui bayinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh paket SETIA terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan skor parenting self-efficacy PSE ibu remaja. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen pre-post test with control group design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 orang, 33 orang pada setiap kelompok. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan, sikap dan parenting self-efficacy scale PSES . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap dan skor PSE ibu remaja postpartum antara sebelum dan sesudah pada kelompok intervensi p=0,045; p=0,013; p=0,001 dengan peningkatan pengetahuan ge; 20 , sikap ge;10 , PSE ge;10 dan terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol dan intervensi p=0,001 dengan 95 CI: 3,587-44,876, p=0,001 dengan 95 CI:4,954-56,397, p=0,001 . Hasil analisis regresi logistik didapatkan bahwa ibu remaja postpartum yang mendapatkan paket SETIA berpeluang untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebesar 12,687 kali setelah dikontrol usia ibu dan pendidikan dan berpeluang memiliki PSE lebih tinggi sebesar 0,248 kali setelah dikontrol usia ibu, pendidikan dan status pekerjaan suami. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk menggunakan paket ldquo;SETIA rdquo; dalam pemberian pendidikan kesehatan pada ibu remaja postpartum.

ABSTRACT
The lack of adolescent readiness in taking the role of mother causes many adolescent mothers who decide not to breastfeed their babies. The study was conducted to assess the effect of SETIA set on adolescent mothers rsquo knowledge, attitude, and parenting self efficacy score. This quasi experiment pre post test with control group study was conducted on 66 adolescent mothers, 33 participants of each group. Data collecting used knowledge and attitude questionnaire, and parenting self efficacy scale PSES . This study revealed that there was a significant difference before and after the intervention in knowledge, attitude, and PSE score on postpartum adolescent mothers p 0,045 p 0,013 p 0,001 with an increasing the knowledge ge 20 , attitude ge 10 , PSE ge 10 and the difference between control and intervention group p 0,001 with 95 CI 3,587 44,876, p 0,001 with 95 CI 4,954 56,397, p 0,001 . The result of logistic regression analysis found that postpartum adolescent mothers who get SETIA have chance 12,687 times to have good knowledge after controlled by mother age and education and have chance 0,248 times to have more high PSE after controlled mother 39 s age, education and husband 39 s work status.This study recommends to utilizing ldquo SETIA rdquo set in giving postpartum education to adolescent mothers.
