ABSTRAKBerpikir kritis dalam proses keperawatan sangat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Salah satu metode pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis perawat yaitu dengan Diskusi Refleksi Kasus DRK berbasis siklus refleksi Graham Gibbs. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan implementasi Diskusi Refleksi Kasus DRK berbasis siklus Graham Gibbs terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperiment design dengan one group pre test and post test design without control, dengan sampel 85 perawat, teknik cluster sampling, melalui analisis paired t test, uji spearman,one way anova, independent t test dan regrasi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi Diskusi Refleksi Kasus DRK berbasis siklus Graham Gibbs meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis perawat secara signifikan p=0,001 . Implikasi penelitian berimbas terhadap pentingnya meningkatkan jenjang pendidikan perawat, sebagai evidence based nursing, bahan kajian dan pengembangan teori keperawatan, monitoring dan evaluasi dari manajemen keperawatan.
ABSTRACTCritical thinking in the nursing process is very important in making the right decision in providing nursing care. One method of developing the nurse 39 s critical thinking ability is by Case Reflection Discussion using Graham Gibbs reflection cycle. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of development of Case Reflection Discussion using Graham Gibbs cycle to nurse 39 s critical thinking ability. This research used pre experiment design with one group pre test and post test design without control, with 85 samples of nurse, cluster sampling technique, through paired t test, spearman test, one way anova, independent t test and linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of Case Reflection Discussion using on Graham Gibbs cycle improved the nurse 39 s critical thinking ability significantly p 0,001 . The implications of the research impact on the importance of increasing the nurse education level, as evidence based nursing, study materials and the development of the theory of nursing, monitoring and evaluation of nursing management.
