ABSTRAKPelaksanaan pencatatan dan pelaporan kasus drop out pelayanan antenatal ibu hamil masih belum memiliki format pelaporan baku. Identifikasi kasus drop out masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengandalkan ingatan dari bidan maupun kader. Sistem notifikasi dikembangkan sebagai alat identifikasi pada kasus drop out pelayanan antenatal ibu hamil. Penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem informasi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan teknik prototyping. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa notifikasi digunakan sebagai bentuk identifikasi kasus drop out pelayanan antenatal ibu hamil. Notifikasi dilakukan automatis berdasarkan tanggal kunjungan pelayanan antenatal ibu hamil. Sistem notifikasi ini perlu dilakukan kegiatan follow up sehingga data identifikasi kasus drop out termanfaatkan dengan baik. Follow up dilakukan oleh bidan yang dapat melibatkan kader ataupun secara langsung melakukan kontak dengan ibu hamil.

ABSTRACTImplementation of recording and reporting cases of drop out antenatal services pregnant women still do not have the standard reporting format provided. The identification of drop out cases is still done manually by relying on the memories of midwives and cadres. Notification system is used as an identification tool that is done in case of drop out antenatal service of pregnant mother. This research is qualitative research with information system development method of Rapid Application Development (RAD) with prototyping technique. The results suggest that notification is used as a form of identification of drop out cases of pregnant women's antenatal care. Notification is done by system based on the date of antenatal care visit of pregnant mother. However, this needs to be followed up with follow up activities so that the data of the identification of drop out cases is utilized properly. Follow up is done by midwife either by involving cadre or make direct contact with pregnant mother.
