Kota Palopo merupakan salah satu daerah endemis DBD di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jumlah kasus DBD di Kota Palopo dari tahun 2014 hingga 2016 terus mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan rancangan kasus kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Palopo, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah sebagian penduduk Kota palopo yang berasal dari semua kecamatan yang ada di Kota Palopo. Kasus adalah penduduk Kota Palopo yang pernah dirawat di rumah sakit/ klinik kesehatan dan didiagnosis menderita DBD pada periode Januari - Desember 2016. Kontrol adalah tetangga kasus yang tidak pernah menderita DBD atau mengalami tanda/ gejala DBD pada periode waktu yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor lingkungan rumah dengan kejadian demam berdarah Dengue DBD tahun 2016, dengan variabel kovariat umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan pekerjaan, kebiasaan tidur pagi dan atau sore hari, mobilitas, penggunaan obat anti nyamuk, kebiasaan menggantung pakaian, riwayat DBD dalam keluarga, pengetahuan, sikap, praktik PSN. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga bulan Juni 2017. Analisis multivariat dilakukan dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Dalam model akhir analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara faktor lingkungan rumah dengan pendidikan akan meningkatkan risiko kejadian demam berdarah Dengue sebesar 2,87 kali 95 CI 1,218 ndash; 6,791 setelah dikontrol oleh variabel konfounder umur. Bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo diharapkan agar lebih meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektor yaitu dengan dinas pendidikan melalui beberapa bentuk kegiatan salah satunya adalah membentuk sekolah percontohan bebas jentik DBD. juga dengan pihak kecamatan dan kelurahan untuk turut menyukseskan program pemerintah melalui Gerakan Satu Rumah Satu J mantik.Palopo City is one of Dengue endemic areas in South Sulawesi Province. Population in this study were residents of the Palopo City, while the study sample was part of the population Palopo from all districts in the city of Palopo. Cases were residents of Palopo City who had been treated in hospital or health clinic and diagnosed with DHF from January to December 2016. Controls were neigbors of cases for those who never diagnosed with DHF in the same period. The aims of this study is to determinate the relationship between the house environment factor With the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever DBD in Palopo City of South Sulawesi Province 2016 after controlled by more covariate variables are the age, gender, educational work, morning habit and day sickness, mobility, mosquito repellent, history of DHF in the family, knowledge, attitude, practice of eradicating mosquito breeding. This study was conducted from May to June 2017. Multivariate analysis was performed by multiple logistic regression test. The result of multivariate analysis showed that interaction between environmental factor of home and education will be increase the risk of dengue hemorrhagic incidence by 2.87 times 95 CI 1.218 6.791 after controlled by age confounder variable. For the Health Office expected to further enhance cooperation with the other sector especially the education office through several forms of activities one of which is to establish a pilot free school drool dengue. Also with the district and sub district to participate in the success of the government program through the One Home One J mantik Movement.
