ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Enterprise Risk Management ERM terhadap kinerja 46 perusahaan Tbk pada Industri Keuangan Non-Bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data panel dengan regresi linier. Variabel kinerja yang digunakan adalah ROA, ROE, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan rasio ekuitas terhadap total aset. Selain itu, digunakan variabel kontrol ukuran perusahaan yang direpresentasikan oleh total aset. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan Enterprise Risk Management perusahaan Tbk pada IKNB berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap rasio modal terhadap total aset EQTA dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, ROE, dan pertumbuhan penjualan SALES_GWT .

ABSTRACTThis research is conducted to ensure the effect of ERM to 46 company rsquo s performance which included in the Non Bank Financial Industry NBFI that already listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The metodology used for this research is panel data with linear regression. Company performance indicator that used in this research are ROA, ROE, Sales Growth, and Equity to total asset ratio. In addition, size of the company that represented by total asset has used as control variable. The implementation result has shown that the implementation of ERM on NBFI companies is significantly effected to capital ratio to total asset EQTA . But not statistically significant effected to ROA, ROE, and sales growth SALES GWT .
