ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan on-the-job training dengan pendekatan information system success model di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II Persero . Variabel yang terkandung pada penelitian ini antara lain variabel system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, dan OJT effectiveness.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Information System Success Model. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Struktural Equation Modeling. Hasil yang didapatkan dari hipotesis pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel system quality, information quality, dan service quality memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OJT effectiveness dengan dimediasi oleh system use. Variabel system quality dan service quality memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OJT effectiveness dengan dimediasi oleh user satisfaction.
ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze factors that influence the effectiveness of on the job training approach to Information System Success Model at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II Persero . Variables contained in this research are system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and OJT effectiveness.This research used Information System Success Model. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equating Modeling. Results obtained from hypothesis testing showed that the variables of system quality, information quality, and service quality has a significant influence on the effectiveness OJT mediated by system use. Variable system quality and service quality has a significant influence on the effectiveness OJT mediated by user satisfaction.
