ABSTRAKCrusher Line A adalah mesin PT XYZ dengan frekuensi kerusakan tertinggi tahun 2016 menggunakan pemeliharaan mesin tidak sesuai keandalan. Diperlukan analisis keandalan untuk merencanakan pemeliharaan. Dengan mempertimbangkan keandalan, biaya, dan kapasitas produksi, dibuat 4 rencana pemeliharaan, yaitu PM berorientasi keandalan komponen, PM berorientasi umur pakai komponen, PM berdasarkan MTBF kondisi pemeliharaan 2016, dan PM berdasarkan MTBF optimum 2015. PM berorientasi umur pakai komponen memiliki kapasitas produksi terbaik. PM berdasarkan MTBF kondisi pemeliharaan 2016 memiliki biaya terbaik. PM berdasarkan MTBF optimum 2015 memiliki keandalan terbaik. PM berorientasi keandalan komponen memiliki faktor keandalan dan faktor biaya kedua terbaik yang diusulkan untuk diterapkan.

ABSTRACTCrusher Line A is a PT XYZ machinery with the highest failure frequency using a maintenance plan that is not according to machine reliability. Reliability analysis is required to create the plan. In consideration of reliability, cost, and production, 4 maintenance plans is created, namely Component reliability oriented PM, Component life time oriented PM, MTBF of 2016 maintenance based PM, and Optimum MTBF of 2015 based PM. Component life time oriented PM has the best production, MTBF of 2016 maintenance based PM has the best cost, Optimum MTBF of 2015 based PM has the best reliability. Component reliability based PM is the second best in terms of reliability and cost, therefore it is recommended to be applied.
