ABSTRAK<>br>Kehamilan remaja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kehamilan remaja adalah kurangnya pendidikan serta informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual, termasuk tentang kehamilan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan tentang kehamilan remaja pada remaja, terutama siswa kelas 7. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel yang terlibat terdiri dari 95 siswa dan siswi kelas 7 di SMPN 3 Rangkasbitung dengan metode stratified random sampling. Hasil analisis data secara univariat menunjukkan diperoleh 97,9 n=93 responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang tentang kehamilan remaja, sedangkan sebagian kecilnya memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang kehamilan remaja, yaitu 2,1 n=2 . Selain itu, sebanyak 68,4 n=65 responden pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang kehamilan, dengan 36,9 n=24 dari responden mendapatkan informasi dari media elektronik seperti TV, radio, atau internet, sedangkan 31,6 n=30 responden sama sekali belum pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang kehamilan. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang kehamilan remaja yang diberikan pihak yang berkompeten, seperti petugas kesehatan atau pihak sekolah.

ABSTRAK<>br>Adolescent pregnancy is one of the adolescent reproductive health problems in Indonesia. One of the factors that can lead to teenage pregnancy is lack of education as well as information about reproductive and sexual health, including about adolescent pregnancy. This study aimed to determine the description of knowledge about adolescent pregnancy in adolescents, especially grade 7 students. This study used cross sectional design. The sample involved in this study consisted of 95 students who were in 7th grade at SMPN 3 Rangkasbitung, selected by using stratified random sampling method. The result of univariate data analysis showed that 97.9 n 93 of the respondents had bad knowledge about adolescent pregnancy, while the small part had a good level of knowledge about adolescent pregnancy, which was about 2,1 n 2 . In addition, 68.4 n 65 of respondents had received information about pregnancy, with 36.9 n 24 of them got the information from electronic media such as TV, radio or internet, while the other 31.6 N 30 had never received any information about pregnancy. This demonstrated the need for more information and education on adolescent pregnancy provided by the competent authorities, such as health workers or the school.
