ABSTRAK
Peristiwa traumatik dapat membawa dampak yang positif, yaitu terjadinya posttraumatic growth. Peristiwa traumatik akan menghancurkan assumptive world yang dimiliki individu, sehingga individu akan membangun kembali asumsi dunia yang hancur untuk terjadinya posttraumatic growth. Selain itu, self-efficacy juga menjadi prediktor positif dalam kemampuan adaptasi individu dengan peristiwa traumatik yang dialami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh assumptive world dan self-efficacy terhadap posttraumatic growth pada remaja yang memiliki pengalaman traumatik. Posttraumatic Growth diukur dengan Posttraumatic Growth Inventory for Children and Adolescents PTGI-R-C , assumptive world diukur menggunakan World Assumptions Questionnaire WAQ , dan self-efficacy diukur menggunakan Trauma Coping Self-Efficacy CSE-T . Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada 280 remaja berusia 13-18 tahun ditemukan bahwa assumptive world memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap posttraumatic growth remaja. Ditemukan pula bahwa self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap posttraumatic growth remaja. Dalam konteks ini, semakin tinggi self-efficacy remaja dalam menghadapi peristiwa traumatik, maka semakin tinggi pula posttraumatic growth yang terjadi pada dirinya.

ABSTRACT
Traumtic events can have positive impact on a person, namely the posttraumatic growth. Traumatic events will destroy the assumptive world of the individual, thus a person will rebuild the new assumptions about the world for the occurrence of posttraumatic growth. In addition, self efficacy is also a positive predictor in the ability to adapt with traumatic events. The aim of this research was to examine the effect of assumptive world and self efficacy on posttraumatic growth in adolescents with traumatic experiences. Posttraumatic growth was measured using Posttraumatic Growth Inventory for Children and Adolescents PTGI R C , assumptive world was measured using World Assumptions Questionnaire WAQ , and self efficacy was measured using Trauma Coping Self Efficacy CSE T . The results conducted on 280 adolescents aged 13 18 years old showed that assumptive world positively and significantly affect posttraumatic growth. This research also found that self efficacy has a positive and significant affect on posttraumatic growth. In this context, the higher self efficacy of adolescent in the face of traumatic events, the higher the posttraumatic growth that they experience.
