Hasil pemeriksaan limbah cair yang dilakukan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2016, titik inlet dan outlet menunjukan kesenjangan hasil dimana hasil pemeriksaan di titik outlet lebih besar dari pada titik inlet untuk parameter TDS, TSS, pH, COD dan MBAS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisi efektifitas pengolahan limbah cair di Rumah Sakit Harapan Depok memenuhi baku mutu limbah cair tahun 2017. Dengan penelitian ini bersifat studi kasus.Sumber penghasil Limbah cair Rumah Sakit Harapan Depok terbesar berasal dari seluruh aktifitas kegiatan di rumah sakit, jenis dan sumber terbesar air limbah yang dihasilkan di Rumah Sakit adalah limbah domestik, sisanya limbah yang terkontaminasi oleh infection agents kultur mikroorganisme, darah, buangan pasien pengidap penyakit infeksi, dan lain-lain. Debit output limbah cair rata-rata yang dihasilkan 3 m3/hari. Jaringan perpiaan yang digunakan sebagian terbuat dari pipa PVC sebagian terbuat dari beton yang masih terbuka. Proses pengolahan limbah cair di Rumah Sakit Harapan Depok melalui 3 proses pengolahan yaitu pengolahan pendahuluan pre treatment, pengolahan pertama primary treatment, pengolahan kedua secondary treatment, pengolahan ketiga tertiary treatment.Berdasarkan perhitungan waktu tinggal diperoleh hasil yang belum efektif yaitu pada bak equalisasi didapatakan hasil 35,87 jam dengan kedalam bak ekualisasi 1,5 m. Pada bak sedimentasi belum efektif dalam menurunan kadar pencemar yaitu BOD 0,49 dan TSS 0,95 dengan waktu tinggal 41,6 jam. Kualitas inffluent dan effluent limbah cair dari hasil pemeriksaan sudah efektif dalam menurunkan beban pencemaran limbah cair sesuai dengan baku mutu yang dipersyarat KepMen LH RI No. 5 tahun 2014 tentang Baku Mutu Air Limbah Bagi Usaha dan/atau Kegiatan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan.

The average liquid waste discharge output produced 3 m3 day. The partial used network made of PVC pipe is partly made of open concrete. Wastewater treatment process at Harapan Hospital Depok through 3 processing process that is pre treatment, primary treatment, secondary treatment, tertiary treatment.

Based on the calculation of residence time obtained results that have not been effective in equalization obtained results 35.87 hours with 1.5 m in equalization basin. In the sedimentation has not been effective in decreasing levels of pollutants ie BOD 0.49 and TSS 0.95 with a residence time of 41.6 hours. The quality of inffluent and effluent of wastewater from the result of inspection has been effective in decreasing the burden of pollution of wastewater in accordance with the quality standard which is signed by Minister of Environment Decree of the Republic of Indonesia number 5 2014 on Quality Standard of Waste Water for Business and or Activity of Health Service Facility.
