ABSTRAKRINGKASAN EKSEKUTIF BAGIAN SATU Analisis Situasi TV UI merupakan televisi komunitas Universitas Indonesia yang digagas dan dikelola oleh Departemen Ilmu Komunikasi. Dari hasil pengamatan pada platform media sosial TV UI dan riset kuesioner, terlihat masih kurangnya ketertarikan mahasiswa UI terhadap program TV UI. Karena itu, dengan mengolah konten mengenai isu yang dekat dengan kehidupan kampus dan talent utama mahasiswa, penulis membuat program My Campus Life yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan khalayak TV UI dan menaikkan jumlah penonton TV UI.BAGIAN DUA Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan PrototipeManfaat dari program ini tidak hanya sebagai hiburan yang informatif bagi mahasiswa UI, tetapi juga sebagai wadah bagi sivitas akademika UI untuk lebih mengenal lingkungan UI. Tujuan dari program ini adalah mengembangkan citra positif TV UI kepada lingkungan UI dengan menghadirkan konten yang menarik dan dekat dengan mahasiswa. BAGIAN TIGA Prototipe Yang DikembangkanProgram ini dirancang selayaknya program yang akan diproduksi oleh TV UI nantinya. Konsep tayangan ini adalah mendokumentasikan profil seorang mahasiswa UI dalam menjalani kegiatannya sehari-hari. Program terbagi menjadi tiga segmen yang membahas diantaranya profil akademik, kehidupan sosial, dan kegiatan eksternal baik itu projek penelitian ataupun kegiatan organisasi atau komunitas mahasiswa. Prototipe yang juga merupakan episode pertama program, menceritakan tentang mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik bernama Kynan yang mengajak khalayak untuk melihat kesehariannya sebagai mahasiswa Teknik Mesin.BAGIAN EMPAT EvaluasiPre-test dilakukan melalui metode focus group discussion FGD , dengan responden yang terdiri dari delapan peserta yang mewakili target khalayak yaitu mahasiswa UI. Sedangkan evaluasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dan melalui Youtube Analytics.BAGIAN LIMA AnggaranAnggaran prototipe program sebesar Rp. 390.000,00. Anggaran pembuatan satu episode program yang diajukan untuk dikembangkan sebesar Rp 517.000,00, dengan total anggaran untuk tiga belas episode sebesar Rp 6.721.000,00. Prakiraan pendapatan program yang didapatkan melalui sponsor diberi harga Rp. 150.000,00 per episode. Pada anggaran evaluasi tidak dikenakan biaya karena dilakukan secara online.
ABSTRACTEXECUTIVE SUMMARY CHAPTER ONE Situation Analysis UI TV is The University of Indonesia Community Television that is initiated and managed by The Department of Communication. Based on the observation on TV UI social medias and surveys, there are still a lack of interest from UI students on TV UI programs. Therefore, the author would like to create a program called My Campus Life that will focus on UI Student as the main talent, and content that is engaging with the UI students. This program aims to attract the UI Students and raise the number of UI TV viewers.CHAPTER TWO Benefits and Goals of Prototype Development The benefits of this program are just not as an informative entertainment to the UI students, but also as a platform for UI Communities to know more about UI and its environment. The objective of this program is to develop a positive image of UI TV to its communities by providing a content that is entertaining and engaging with the students. CHAPTER THREE Developed PrototypeThis program is designed as a program that will be produced by UI TV later on. The concept of this program is documenting a UI student daily life on campus. This program divided into three segments that will discuss the student academic profile, social life, research projects, organization activities, and communities. This prototype also served as the first episode of the program, the episode tells about an Engineering Faculty student called Kynan that invites the audience to see his daily life as a Mechanical Engineering student.CHAPTER FOUREvaluationThe pre test will be done by conducting a focus group discussion with eight respondents that are representing the UI students as UI TV main audiences. The evaluation will be conducted by handing out an online survey and evaluation by Youtube Analytics.CHAPTER FIVE BudgetingThe budget of this program prototype is Rp 390.000,00. The proposed budget for the program development for one episode is Rp 517.000,00, and the budget for thirteen episodes are Rp 6.721.000,00. Forecast revenue through sponsorship of one episode is Rp 450.000,00. There are no expenses for the evaluation process, because it will be conducted online.
