ABSTRAKLaporan ini menguraikan analisis kepatuhan PT WS dalam melakukan kewajiban perpajakan Pajak Penghasilan Badan, pemotongan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 dan pemungutan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai PPN . Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT WS sudah patuh terhadap kewajiban pembayaran dan penyampaian SPT Tahunan Badan. Pihak pemberi penghasilan atas jasa yang diberikan PT WS tidak perlu memotong Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23. Untuk kewajiban pemotongan pajak withholding tax , PT WS tidak berkewajiban untuk melakukan pemotongan atas Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 yang diterima pengemudi. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa PT WS belum patuh terhadap kewajiban memungut dan melaporkan PPN.

ABSTRACTThis report explains about compliance level analysis of PT WS in performing tax obligations of Corporate Income Tax, withholding of Article 21 Income Tax and the collection of Value Added Tax. The result of analysis shows that PT WS has complied with obligation of payment and submission of Annual Tax Return. The user of the services provided by PT WS shall not withhold the Income Tax of Article 23. For the obligation of withholding tax, PT WS shall not be liable to withhold the Income Tax on Article 21 which the driver receives. The results of the analysis also shows that PT WS has not complied with the obligation to collect and report the VAT.
