Laporan ini membahas prosedur penyusunan Risk Based SOP yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Ernst Young EY Indonesia terhadap PT X, khususnya untuk proses bisnis pengadaan barang/jasa. Laporan ini juga menganalisis tahapan proses pembuatan Risk Based SOP yang dimulai dari pemetaan proses bisnis, hingga implementasi Risk Control Matrix RCM ke dalam SOP PT X dengan membandingkan terhadap teori yang sudah ada.

This report discusses the procedure of preparing Risk Based SOP conducted by Public Accounting Firm Ernst Young EY Indonesia to PT X, especially for business process of procurement of goods services. This report also analyzes the stages of Risk Based SOP making process starting from business process mapping, to implementation of Risk Control Matrix RCM into SOP PT X by comparing to existing theory.
