ABSTRAK<>br>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari penerapan Enterprise Risk Management ERM yang diwakili oleh Risk Management Index RMI terhadap kinerja perusahaan LQ45 dilihat dari sisi profitabilitas, efisiensi, likuiditas, solvency, dan sentimen pasar. Hubungan kedua variabel dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi, diketahui bahwa RMI yang telah ditetapkan memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, efisiensi, likuiditas, dan solvency yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh pada kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

ABSTRACT<>br>This research is conducted to see the effect of Enterprise Risk Management ERM implementation, represented by Risk Management Index RMI , on the performance of LQ45 companies, observed from the profitability, efficiency, liquidity, solvency, and market sentiment. Analysis of the relationship between the two variables is using panel data regression. Based on the regression results, it is known that the established RMI has an influence on profitability, efficiency, liquidity, and solvency that ultimately affect the overall performance of the company.
