ABSTRAK
Kegiatan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Senen dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas; memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku, serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas; melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi apoteker di puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang penyelesaian permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas; serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di puskesmas. Selain itu, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mengetahui struktur puskesmas, instalasi farmasi, serta jenis pelayanan yang tersedia di puskesmas. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, petugas farmasi dapat memberikan pelayanan informasi obat kepada pasien melalui kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacist professional practice at Puskesmas Kecamatan Senen was conducted for prospective pharmacist to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of a pharmacist in pharmacy practice at a community healthcare center knowledgeable, skillful, well behaved, enriched by informations and real experiences in pharmacy practice to observe and study the strategy and development in pharmacy practice to have a real description of problem solving in pharmacy practice at a community healthcare center and be able to communicate and interact with other healthcare professionals at a community healthcare center. It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist learned about the structure of the community healthcare center, pharmacy, as well as the types of services provided by a community healthcare center. In pharmaceutical care, pharmacy officers may provide medicine information service for patients through a healthcare education activity.
