ABSTRAK
Kegiatan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek; memiliki gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Selain itu, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mengetahui struktur apotek dan memahami proses pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang dapat dilakukan oleh petugas farmasi di apotek adalah pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas khusus dilaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan informasi obat, telefarma, dan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah kepada salah satu pasien yang berkunjung ke apotek.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacist professional practice at Apotek Kimia Farma was conducted for prospective pharmacist to understand the duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in pharmacy practice at the pharmacy knowledgeable, skillful, and enriched by real experiences in pharmacy practice to have a real description of problem solving in pharmacy practice at the pharmacy. It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist learned about the structure of the pharmacy as well as the types of services provided by a pharmacy. Pharmaceutical care that might be conducted by pharmacy officers in a pharmacy is home pharmacy care. Therefore, on specific assignment was carried out about medicine information service, telepharmacy, and home pharmacy care to one of the patients who visited the pharmacy.
