ABSTRAKPraktek kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker memahami peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker Rumah Sakit serta dapat membandingkan teori yang telah di dapat dengan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di lapangan. Apoteker di Rumah sakit memiliki dua fungsi utama yaitu manajerial dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Drug Related Problem pada Bayi Prematur D di Ruang NICU RSAB Harapan Kita dengan Diagnosis Patent Ductus Arteriosus. Tugas Khusus ini bertujuan mengetahui masalah-masalah terkait obat yang terjadi pada pasien NICU RSAB Harapan Kita.

ABSTRACTPharmacist internship program at Harapan Kita Women and Children rsquo s Hospital was aimed to make pharmacist student understand the role, function, and responsibility of the Hospital Pharmacist and can compare the theory with the practice of pharmaceutical service in the real. The pharmacist at the hospital has two main functions managerial and clinical pharmacy service. This special task aims to find out the drug related problems that occurred in patient NICU at RSAB Harapan Kita.
