Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pada bulan Januari-Februari 2017 bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Selain itu PKPA juga bertujuan agar mahassiwa calon apoteker mampu meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman mahasiswa untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Ketosis Co-Morbid Hipertensi dan Chronic Kidney Disease di Ruang Perawatan Umum Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto rdquo;. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas, fungsi, serta peran farmasi klinis di ruang perawatan pasien khususnya dalam hal pemantauan terapi obat di lantai 4 perawatan umum pada tanggal 14-20 Februari 2017.

Pharmacist Profession Internship Program at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital in January February 2017 aims prospective pharmacist students to understand the role, function, and responsibility of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmaceutical services and specifically health services in general. In addition, the internship also aims prospective pharmacist students to improve insight, knowledge, skills, and experience of students to perform pharmaceutical practices in the hospital and has a real picture of the pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be done in the development of pharmaceutical practice in the hospital. The given special assignment was titled Monitoring of Drug Therapy in Diabetes Mellitus Ketosis Co Morbid Hypertension and Chronic Kidney Disease at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital . This special assignment has a purpose of studying and understanding the duties, functions, and roles of clinical pharmacy in patient care rooms especially in terms of drug therapy monitoring on the 4th floor of Gatot Soebroto Hospital rsquo s general care ward on 14 20 February 2017.
