ABSTRAKBerdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, Apotek adalah tempat dilaksanakannya praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi dalam melakukan manajemen dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di Apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan mengingat pentingnya peran Apoteker di Apotek. Tujuan dari Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini adalah untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Apotek, memperolah pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait praktik kefarmasian di Apotek, serta memperolah gambaran nyata permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Rancangan Klinik Pratama Kerjasama BPJS dengan Tiga Dokter Umum dan Waktu Pelayanan 24 Jam. Tujuan penulisan tugas khusus ini adalah membuat rancangan klinik pratama kerjasama BPJS yang dapat diimplementasikan.

ABSTRACTAccording to Minister of Health Decree number 73 year 2016, Pharmacy is a place of pharmaceutical facility where pharmaceutical practice is done by a pharmacist. Pharmacist should have competencies in conducting management and clinical pharmacy at a Pharmacy. Internship for Pharmacist is held in order to understand the roles of Pharmacist in a Pharmacy. The aims of the Internship are to understand the roles and responsibilities of Pharmacist, gain knowledges and experiences about pharmaceutical practices and get to know the real condition of pharmaceutical practice rsquo s problems at a pharmacy. The special assignment rsquo s title that was given is Design Analysis of First Degree Clinic in collaboration with National Medical Insurance, Three Doctors and Twenty Four Hour Service Time. The aim of this assignment is to make a design of First Degree Clinic in collaboration with National Medical Insurance that can be implemented in the future.
