ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 143 Depok bertujuan untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan mampu menerapkan tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek. Selain itu, melalui praktek kerja ini diharapkan calon apoteker memahami tanggung jawab apoteker dalam melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku khususnya pada pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Resep Hiperkolesterolemia dengan Kombinasi Obat Simvastatin dan Amlodipin di Apotek Kimia Farma No.143 Depok. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengkaji resep hiperkolesterolemia dengan kombinasi obat simvastatin dan amlodipin yang diperoleh dari Apotek Kimia Farma No.143 berdasarkan tiga aspek kajian, yakni kajian administratif, kajian kesesuaian farmasetis, dan pertimbangan klinis.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacist internship at Apotek Kimia Farma Number 143 Depok aims to know and understand the role and responsibility of Pharmacist in Managing the Pharmacy. In addition through this Internship a future pharmacist also could understand the pharmaceutical care practice in pharmacy. The internship given a special assignment titled Analysis of Hypercholesterolemia Recipe with Combination of Simvastatin and Amlodipin Drugs at Apotek Kimia Farma No.143 Depok. The purpose of this assignment is to study the prescription of hypercholesterolemia with combination of simvastatin and amlodipine drugs obtained from Apotek Kimia Farma No.143 based on three aspects of the study administrative study, pharmacetic suitability study, and clinical consideration.
