ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia dilakukan selama 2 bulan yaitu tanggal 6 Maret ndash; 27 April 2017. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di industi farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.Sedangkan tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker berjudul ldquo;Kualifikasi dan SOP Waterbath rdquo; yang bertujuan untuk melakukan Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification, dan Performance Qualification Waterbath; menyusun laporan Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification, dan Performance Qualification Waterbath; dan membuat Standard Operating Procedure Waterbath.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia conducted for 2 months, from March 6 until April 27, 2017. The Internship aimed to enable the pharmacist to understand the role of duty and responsibility of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry, having knowledge, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the industry understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practices in the pharmaceutical industry and had an overview of the problem in the pharmaceutical industry jobs. While the special tasks in the internship titled Qualifications and Waterbath SOP which aims to perform Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification of Waterbath prepare Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification Waterbath reports and create a Standard Operating Procedure of waterbath.
