ABSTRAKPraktik Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Abbott Indonesia telah berlangsung selama dua bulan dimulai pada tanggal 3 Januari - 28 Februari 2017. Kegiatan Praktik Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan bagi calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang semua aspek CPOB dan GMP yang terkait dalam industri farmasi dan menentukan penerapan CPOB dan GMP di PT Abbott Indonesia untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi untuk melihat kondisi riil dunia kerja. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Kualitas Pemasok PT. Abbott Indonesia Melalui Supplier Score Card. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas bahan mentah yang digunakan PT. Abbott Indonesia selama ini yang digunakan untuk proses produksi melalui hasil pemeriksaan pengawasan mutu pabrik.
