ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi dalam penerapan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik memerlukan Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab. Apoteker dituntut memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk menerapkan keseluruhan aspek yang terdapat dalam CPOB. Oleh karena itu, untuk lebih memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Praktik kerja dilaksanakan di PT. Phapros,Tbk. Semarang selama dua bulan. Mahasiswa diberikan tugas khusus untuk mereview pedoman CPOB. Melalui kegiatan PKPA di PT. Phapros,Tbk. calon Apoteker memperoleh wawasan serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical industries need an adequate pharmacists which is responsible to ensure that the manufacturing process comply with Good Manufacturing Practice GMP guidelines. The pharmacists should have adequate qualification and practical experience to apply the overall aspects contained in GMP guidelines. Hence, to have a better understanding on the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry, the internship in PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang is conducted for two moons. The student was given a special assignment to review the GMP guidelines. Through this internship, the prospective pharmacist will gain a new insight and practical experience in doing work in pharmaceutical industry.
