ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tangung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memiliki pengalaman praktis pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu Penyiapan Dokumen Registrasi Variasi Produk Tahun 2017 di Departemen PPP PT. Phapros, Tbk. Tujuannya yaitu untuk menyediakan semua dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan registrasi variasi beberapa produk di tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil pengerjaan tugas, terdapat dokumen yang sudah lengkap dan siap diregistrasikan, dan terdapat dokumen yang belum lengkap seperti data uji stabilitas dan dokumen spesifikasi dan prosedur tetap.

Semarang aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and to have practical experience of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The specific assignment given is Preparation of Product Variation Registration Document in 2017 in PPP Department at PT. Phapros, Tbk. The purpose of this particular task is to provide all documents required for registration of various product variations in 2017. Based on the results of the work, there are documents that are complete and ready to registered, and there are documents that are not yet complete such as stability test data and specifications of finish products document.
