In military concerns, anthropology has historically been applied in at least three domains: First, it has identified, uncovered, and gotten deep insights of the enemies in holistic accounts; second, it has searched thoroughly the characters and potentialities of society or nation for defence purposes; and third, the mode of recruitment to the military, in the past and present and future, for defending our nation. This article also describes that in the 21'' century the nature of anthropology's looking at man, society and culture has been shifting from conventional positivism to constructivism paradigms. It departs from ethnic-groups pluralistic to more egalitarian-democratic views so that the military recruitment has been implied upon by the transformation ideas.
