ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis hasil aspek pengungkapan informasidantransparansi pada penerapan GCG pada Perum LPPNPI sertafaktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perubahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan perolehan data primer melalui wawancara dengan Sekretaris Perusahaan, Kepala dan satu orang Staff Biro Pengelolaan Kinerja Perusahaan, Manajemen Risiko dan GCG. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan, laporan pelaksanaan evaluasi tingkat maturitas implementasi GCG, laporan hasil assessment penerapan GCG, dan informasi lain yang relevan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengungkapan informasi dan transparansi Perum LPPNPI mengalami perubahan dari tahun 2014-2016. Dari 16 paremeter yang dianalisis, 15 diantaranya mengalami perubahan yaitu enam parameter yang meningkat setiap tahunnya terkait penyajian laporan tahunan, ikhtisar data keuangan penting, laporan dewan pengawas dan laporan direksi, profil perusahaan, analisa dan pembahasan manajemen, serta pengungkapan praktik tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Tujuh parameter yang meningkat pada tahun 2015 dan menurun pada tahun 2016 terkait prosedur pengendalian informasi, kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan pengendalian informasi, media penyediaan informasi, situs perusahaan, pemutahiran informasi dan situs perusahaan, bagian tersendiri mengenai laporan keuangan, serta perolehan penghargaan. Dua parameter lainnya yaitu adanya media lain dan keikutsertaan dalam Annual Report Award ARA. Satu parameter yang tetap selama tahun 2014-2016 adalah tingkat kemudahan akses informasi perusahaan serta terdapat tujuh faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan tersebut.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the results of information disclosure and transparency aspects of GCG implementation on Perum LPPNPI as well as factors influencing the changes. This study uses a case study approach with primary data through interviews with Corporate Secretary, Head and one staff of the Corporate Performance Management, Risk Management and GCG Management Staff. Secondary data obtained from company annual report, GCG level evaluation report, GCG assessment report, and other relevant information on research topic. The results of this study indicate that the results of information disclosure and transparency of Perum LPPNPI have changed from 2014 2016. Of the 16 parameters analyzed, 15 of them were amended, six parameters increased each year in relation to the presentation of annual reports, an overview of important financial data, supervisory reports and reports of directors, company profiles, analysis and management discussions, and disclosure of good corporate governance practices . Seven parameters are increasing by 2015 and declining by 2016 in terms of information control procedures, compliance with information control policies, information provision media, corporate sites, information updates and company sites, separate portions of financial lapses, and award recognition. Two other parameters are the presence of other media and participation in the Annual Report Award ARA . One fixed parameter during 2014 2016 is the level of ease of access to corporate information and there are seven factors that influence the change.
