"Autotransplantasi gigi merupakan salah satu pilihan perawatan untuk menggantikan kehilangan gigi. Penelitian mengenai autotransplantasi gigi masih sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prognosis jangka panjang autotransplantasi gigi dengan periode follow-up 5 tahun atau lebih. Hasil yang dievaluasi adalah survival rate, persentasi mobilitas abnormal, kondisi pulpa dan persentase resorpsi akar. Pencarian secara online menghasilkan 1209 studi dan setelah dilakukan penyaringan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, tiga studi dimasukkan untuk analisis. Survival rate berkisar antara 83.30 -96 . Obliterasi pulpa berkisar antara 69.81 -100 . Resorpsi permukaan yang ditemukan pada dua studi masing-masing 10 dan 22.2 . Resorpsi inflamasi dan resorpsi pengganti ditemukan pada satu studi masing masing 16.7 dan 20.75 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan autotransplantasi gigi dengan apeks terbuka memiliki prognosis jangka panjang yang sangat baik dengan perkembangan akar gigi donor sebagai faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi prognosis autotransplantasi gigi."

"Tooth autotransplantation is one of the treatment options to replace the missing teeth. Research on tooth autotransplantation is still limited. This study aims to determine the long term prognosis of tooth autotransplantation with a follow up period of 5 years or more. The results evaluated were survival rate, percentage of abnormal mobility, pulp condition and percentage of root resorption. Online search resulted in 1209 studies and after screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, three studies included for analysis. Survival rates range from 83.30 96 . Pulp obliteration ranges from 69.81 100 . Surface resorption were found in two studies are 10 and 22.2 . Inflammatory resorption and replacement resorption were found in one study of 16.7 and 20.75 , respectively. The results of this study demonstrate that autotransplantation of the tooth with open apex has an excellent long term prognosis with root development as a significant factor affecting the prognosis of tooth autotransplantation.
