ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, sense of trust, dan experience expectation terhadap intensi donor untuk menyumbang pada proyek charitable crowdfunding di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian adalah pengguna situs web charitable crowdfunding di Indonesia dengan jumlah responden yang didapatkan sebanyak 72 responden. Data diolah dengan metode structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat faktor, yaitu effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, dan sense of trust terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi donor untuk menyumbang pada proyek charitable crowdfunding di Indonesia. Dua variabel lainnya, yaitu performance expectancy dan experience expectation tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi donor untuk menyumbang pada proyek charitable crowdfunding.
ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, sense of trust, and experience expectation on donors rsquo intention to donate to charitable crowdfunding project in Indonesia. The samples in this research are 72 users of charitable crowdfunding platform in Indonesia. Data are processed with structural equation modeling approach. This research found that four factors effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and sense of trust positively affect donors rsquo intention to donate to charitable crowdfunding project in Indonesia. The other two variables performance expectancy and experience expectation don rsquo t have significant impact on donor rsquo s intention to donate to charitable crowdfunding project.
