Perencanaan proyek yang kurang baik akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan. Keterlambatan suatu proyek dapat diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kesalahan dalam design perencanaan proyek, keterlambatan pengadaan material dan peralatan hingga perubahan scope pekerjaan yang diminta oleh user. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa risiko-risiko dalam proses perencanaan proyek berbasis PMBOK 2013 yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran sebab dan akibat serta kuantifikasi efek potensial dari faktor risiko dominan untuk dapat dikembangkan suatu sistem perencanaan proyek sebagai strategi baru dalam meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan yang berdampak terhadap kinerja waktu.

Poor project planning will lead to delays in implementation time. Delay a project can be attributed to several factors, such as errors in project planning design, delays in the procurement of materials and equipment to change the scope of work requested by the user. This study was conducted to analyze the risks in the project planning process based on PMBOK 2013 that affect the performance of time so as to give an idea of cause and effect as well as the quantification of the potential effects of the dominant risk factors in order to develop a system of project planning as a new strategy to improve the quality of planning affect the performance time.
