Penyakit Jantung Koroner PJK adalah istilah spesifik untuk penyakit jantung yang ditandai adanya penyempitan jaringan arteri koroner terutama dikarenakan aterosklerosis yang menyebabkan mikroangiopati. Pasien PJK dalam perawatannya selain mendapat pengobatan, juga dilakukan rehabilitasi untuk membantu mempercepat pemulihan kondisi fisik, psikis, dan sosialnya. Pemberian rehabilitasi tersebut perlu diberikan sejak pasien masuk di rumah sakit atau yang dikenal dengan rehabilitasi jantung fase I. Salah satu komponen dalam rehabilitasi jantung fase I adalah latihan aktifitas fisik yang bertujuan mempercepat pemulihan kondisi pasien untuk kembali beraktifitas seperti semula. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara rehabilitasi jantung fase I terhadap lama rawat pasien PJK di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan post test only non equivalen grup. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 responden kelompok intervensi dan 14 responden kelompok kontrol pasien yang didiagnosis PJK di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar yang sesuai kriteria inklusi yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan rehabilitasi jantung fase I terhadap lama rawat p value=0,007 . Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi bivariat dengan Mann Whitney Test. Rehabilitasi jantung fae I perlu diberikan sejak awal kepada pasien PJK karena dapat membantu mempercepat proses penyembuhannya dan memperpendek lama rawat pasien. Lama rawat yang semakin pendek akan semakin menghemat pembiayaan operasional perawatan pasien PJK.

Coronary Heart Disease CHD Coronary Heart Disease CHD is a specific term for cardiovascular disease characterized by narrowing of coronary artery tissue mainly due to atherosclerosis that causes microangiopathy. CHD patients in the treatment in addition to receiving treatment, also rehabilitation to help speed up the recovery of physical, psychological, and social conditions. The rehabilitation program should be given since admission to the hospital or known as phase I heart rehabilitation. One of the components of phase I heart rehabilitation is physical exercise activity aimed at speeding up the recovery of the patient 39 s condition to return to regular activities. This study aims to determine the relationship between cardiac phase I rehabilitation for the length of patient care of CHD in RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar City.

This study used quasi experiment design with the post test only non equivalent group. The sample in this study consisted of 14 respondents of the intervention group and 14 patients for control group respondents who diagnosed with CHD in RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar matching the specified inclusion criteria. The results showed a significant correlation of heart phase I rehabilitation on the duration of care p value 0,007 . The statistical test used a bivariate correlation test with Mann Whitney Test. This results yielded it needs to be given early on to CHD patients as it can help the healing process and shorten hospitalization. Furthermore, the shorter length of care will further save the operational cost of CHD patient care.
