ABSTRAK
Tesis ini mengkaji verba bahasa Enggano dalam hubungan keaspekan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan fungsional sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah berupa data lisan berupa tuturan bahasa Enggano yang dituturkan oleh penutur asli bahasa daerah tersebut. Tuturan tersebut diambil dengan menggunakan instrumen gambar yang kemudian direkam, ditranskripsi, dan ditransliterasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perihal seluk-beluk verba khususnya verba transitif bahasa Enggano dalam hubungan keaspekan dan menjawab bagaimana proses gramatikalisasi pada verba transitif bahasa Enggano terjadi, serta bagaimana pengaruh pemunculan bentuk kata leksikal penunjuk keaspekan tersebut. Penelitian hanya dibatasi pada penelisikan terhadap pemarkah aspek perfektif dan imperfektif serta proses morfofonemik yang terjadi pada verba transitif bahasa Enggano. Dalam hal ini, peneliti menggunakan teori aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Comrie 1976 untuk menemukan pemarkah aspek perfektif dan imperfektif verba transitif bahasa Enggano dan teori pembentukan kata dengan model proses IP yang digunakan oleh Kridalaksana 2010 . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bahasa Enggano adalah bahasa yang memiliki aspek perfektif dan imperfektif yang ditandai dengan prefiks. Aspek perfektif bahasa Enggano dimarkahi dengan ho- dan hodeher yang disertai dengan proses morfologis dan sebagian verba mengalami proses morfofonemik dalam proses pembentukan katanya. Sementara aspek imperfektif ditandai dengan prefiks ka-, kah-, dan ki-. Di sisi lain, proses morfofonemik juga terjadi pada verba transitif bahasa Enggano, antara lain; proses perubahan fonem, pelesapan fonem, dan penambahan fonem. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan agar dilakukan kajian lebih jauh terkait morfologi dan morfofonemik verba dalam bahasa Enggano.

ABSTRACT
This thesis studied the verbs of Enggano language in aspect relations. This research uses a descriptive research methodology with a functional approach and a qualitative design as the method of the research. The data used in this research is an oral data sourced from the speech of the Enggano language produced by the native speaker. The speeches were taken by a picture as an instrument of the researcher, then it was continued to be recorded, transcribed, and translated. This research aims to explain the details of the verbs especially on the transitive verb of Enggano language in aspect relation and to answer how the grammatical process of the transitive verb of Enggano language is formed and to see the effects of inferential lexical word form aspect emergence. The research limited only to investigating the perfective and imperfective signifiers, and the process of morphophonemic appear on the transitive verbs of Enggano language. In this research, the researcher used the theory of aspect proposed by Comrie 1976 to find the signifier of the perfective and imperfect aspect of Enggano transitive verbs and the word formation theory with the IP model process used by Kridalaksana 2010 . The result of this research shows that the Enggano language is a language which has perfective and imperfective aspects signed by the prefixes. The perspective aspect of Enggano language signified by ho and hodeher accompanied by its morphological process and numbers of verbs encountered morphophonemic process on its word formation. Besides, the imperfective aspect signified by the prefixes ka , kah , and ki . On the other hand, the morphophonemic process also appears on the transitive verbs of Enggano language, such as the process of phoneme transformation, the phoneme vanishing, and the phoneme inclusion. Based on the result of the research, researcher suggests to expandingly study morphology and morphophonemic verbs in Enggano Language.
