ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesediaan warga untuk membayar uang sewa Rusunawa Jatinegara Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui basar perubahan pendapatan dan pengeluaran warga saat sebelum dan sesudah relokasi ke rusunawa, selanjutnya untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai kesediaan membayar warga, dan kemudian untuk membandingkan harga sewa yang diberikan terhadap biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan rusunawa. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perubahan pendapatan dan pengeluaran adalah dengan metode Paired Samples Test, sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai kesediaan membayar warga adalah dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran warga rusunawa saat sebelum dan sesudah relokasi, terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai kesediaan membayar yaitu pendapatan total keluarga, jenis kelamin dan kebijakan relokasi. Kemudian harga sewa yang harus dibayarkan untuk dapat menutupi biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan adalah sebesar Rp 937.757,23/bulan.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses about the willingness of citizens to pay Rental Flats of West Jatinegara. The purpose of this research is to know about income and expenditure change of people before and after relocation to rusunawa, then to know the factors that influence the value of willingness to pay, and then to compare the rent price given to operational cost and maintenance of rusunawa. The method used to determine the change of income and expenditure is by Paired Samples Test method, while to know the factors that influence the value of willingness to pay is by multiple linier regression analysis method. The results showed that there was an increase in income and expenditure of Rusunawa residents before and after the relocation, there are three factors that affect the value of the willingness to pay that are the total family income, gender and relocation policy. Then the rental price to be paid to cover operational and maintenance costs is Rp 937,757.23 month.
