ABSTRAK Bagaimana Rahasia jabatan notaris menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang-Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 Tentang Jabatan Notaris UUJN Perubahan . Bagaimanakah bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap notaris atas rahasia jabatannya menurut UUJN Perubahan ?. pertanyaan tersebut akan dijawab dengan penelitian deskriptif normatif, menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan penggunaan data sekunder dan untuk mendukung data sekunder. Kewajiban kepada notaris untuk merahasiakan isi akta ada pada Pasal 54 ayat 1 , Pasal 16 ayat 1 huruf f UUJN P dan Pasal 4 UUJN Perubahan.
