ABSTRAKManajemen aset di lingkungan pemerintahan mengalami hambatan dalam lingkungan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur-unsur dalam lingkungan organisasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja hibah aset, dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling ndash; Partial Least Square SEM-PLS yang datanya diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan organisasi kepemimpinan, kompetensi SDM, regulasi, teknologi, dan koordinasi stakeholder berpengaruh signifikan dan arahnya positif terhadap kinerja hibah aset. Hal ini berarti bahwa peningkatan unsur-unsur dalam lingkungan organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja hibah aset. Maka dari itu, pemerintah sebaiknya melakukan penyederhanaan tahapan dan persyaratan hibah aset serta menggunakan sistem informasi hibah aset untuk memudahkan koordinasi antar pihak.

ABSTRACTAsset management in government is facing some problems. This study aims to analyze the elements in the organizational environment that affect the performance of asset grants, using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square SEM PLS whose data obtained through questionnaires. The result of the research proves that the organizational environment leadership, human resource competency, regulation, technology, and stakeholder coordination has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the asset grant. This means that increasing elements within an organization 39 s environment will improve asset grant performance. Therefore, the government should simplify the stages and requirements of the asset grant and use the asset grant information system to facilitate coordination between the parties.
