Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menginvestigasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi Hyper-Converged Infrastructure dari organsiasi yang ada di Indonesia. Teknologi ini berupa infrastruktur dengan arsitektur software-centric yang mengintegrasikan sumber komputasi, penyimpanan, jaringan penyimpanan, virtualisasi dan teknologi lain yang dikemas dalam satu box yang didukung oleh satu vendor. Adopsi teknologi ini masih rendah baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Task-Technology Fit TTF , Technology Acceptance Model TAM dan Technology, Organization and Environment TOE . Dari survei berbasis kuesioner didapatkan data valid dari 113 responden pelanggan PT. XYZ . Hasil uji 17 hipotesis menggunakan PLS-SEM terdapat 10 hipotesis yang diterima dan 7 hipotesis yang tidak ditolak. Faktor technology characteristics, task-technology fit dalam TTF memengaruhi perceived ease of use, top management support, technology readiness dalam konteks organisasi memengaruhi perceived ease of use, competitive pressure, vendor support dan perceived ease of use memengaruhi Intention to Use teknologi HCI.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the adoption of Hyper Converged Infrastructure technology from organizations in Indonesia. This technology is an infrastructure with software centric architecture that integrates computing, storage, storage, virtualization and other technologies packed in one box supported by one vendor. The adoption of this technology is still low both in the world and in Indonesia. This research integrates the Task Technology Fit TTF , Technology Acceptance Model TAM and Technology, Organization and Environment TOE frameworks. Questionnaire based survey obtained valid data from 113 respondents customers PT. XYZ . Result of test of 17 hypothesis using PLS SEM have 10 hypothesis accepted and 7 hypothesis not accepted. Technology characteristics factor, task technology fit in TTF affect perceived ease of use, top management support, readiness technology in the organizational context affect perceived ease of use, and competitive pressure, vendor support and perceived ease of use affect on Intention to Use Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
