ABSTRACTIn this task, I will use an example as well as some data in order to find the optimal debt ratio of the company in the example, as well as see the effect of debt ratio towards the cost of debt and cost of equity. I will use several formulas and a table to help analyse the results. I will try to use simple examples in order to help facilitate the transfer of important knowledge and skills.
