ABSTRAK
Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Landson Pertiwi Agung yang dilakukan selama delapan minggu bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan pada saat praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Landson Pertiwi Agung yaitu Kualifiaksi Instalasi dan Kualifikasi Operasional Mesin Colloid Mill dan Mesin Vacuum Mixer PT. Landson Pertiwi Agung. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami proses kualifikasi instalasi dan kualifikasi operasional mesin colloid mill dan vacuum mixer, memastikan seluruh komponen mesin colloid mill dan vacuum mixer terinstalasi dan dapat beroperasi sesuai dengan spesifikasinya, serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kualifikasi instalasi dan kualifikasi operasional

ABSTRACT
Proffesional work practice for Apothecary at PT. Landson Pertiwi Agung was done for eight weeks aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as having picture of the pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment during proffessional work practice for Apothecary at PT. Landson Pertiwi Agung is Installation Qualification and Operational Qualfication of Colloid Mill and Vacuum Mixer Machine at PT. Landson Pertiwi Agung. The purpose of this special assignment is to know and understand the process of installation qualification and operational qualification of colloid mill and vacuum mixer machine, ensuring colloid mill and vacuum mixer machine components are installed and can operate according to their specifications, and know the constraints faced in the implementation of installation qualification and operational qualification.
