 Abstract

ABSTRACT
Perkembangan bisnis industri pernikahan di Indonsia saat ini sedang mengalami peningkatan. Banyaknya pesaing baru mengharuskan perusahaan untuk tetap kompetitif. Tidak seperti perusahaan manufaktur yang memiliki produk nyata untuk dikembangkan, perusahaan jasa bergantung pada kualitas pelayanannya untuk menarik pelanggan baru. Ikatan emosional antara karyawan dan pelanggan merupakan sesuatu yang patut diperhitungkan untuk menilai kualitas perusahaan jasa. Human Sigma adalah metode yang cocok untuk mengukur tingkat keterikatan tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan melalui metode Human Sigma dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah strategi manajemen perusahaan menggunakan analisis strategi SOAR strengths, opportunities, aspirations, results. Strategi akan dihasilkan dari perolehan analisis yang telah diprioritaskan dengan metode AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process oleh ahli.

ABSTRACT
The growth of wedding industries in Indonesia is currently experiencing an increase. The number of new competitions requires companies to remain competitive. Unlike manufacturing companies that have real products to develop, service firms rely on the quality of their services to attract new customers. The emotional bond between an employee and their customer is something that should be taken into account to access the quality of a company. Human Sigma is a suitable method for measuring those attachment values. The results obtained through the Human Sigma method can be developed into a corporate management strategy using SOAR analysis strengths, opportunities, aspirations, results. The strategy will result from the acquisition of prioritized analysis from the AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process method used by the experts.
